Visits are available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at 9AM daily, except Tuesday and Thursday.  Our visits are based on the weather (it is cooler in the morning) and the willingness of our Residents to interact with guests (they like their afternoon siestas).  We are limited to a maximum of 30 guests and that may be further limited based on Volunteer Guide availability. 

We are excited to offer ONLINE BOOKING for your convenience.  Please visit the
BOOK NOW button to check availability and have most of your questions answered.  It is our sincere hope that this will make booking easier for our guests AND our volunteers.  We realize it sometimes takes awhile to return phone calls due to our commitment to the animals. 

The site does not currently offer a "waiting list" option so we recommend checking back frequently for cancellations, if you have guests we were unable to accommodate initially.  Guests will be able to schedule, reschedule or cancel their visit with a login.  We do ask for and appreciate advance notice on cancellations as we do have many people eager to fill those slots.

The site also will show our PUBLIC APPEARANCES which do NOT require a registration.  If you cannot get into a visit, perhaps you could come and see us when we are out in the public for an event.  We'd LOVE to have your support!
